He now reveals how AstraZeneca plans to &#8220;gain access and enhance selling opportunities for Arimidex, Abraxane, and Faslodex with [its reps&#8217;] key accounts.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>According to Rost:<\/p>\n<p>They&#8217;ll use Mother&#8217;s Day and unabashed selling direct to patients. Kind of like a Tupperware party or Avon cosmetics. Only AstraZeneca will use pink cupcakes to sell cancer drugs directly to patients in chemo treatment rooms (see &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/peterrost.blogspot.com\/2007\/05\/astrazenecas-secret-oncology-selling.html\">AstraZeneca&#8217;s Secret Oncology Plans<\/a>&#8220;).<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;smoking gun&#8221; flyer says it all (&#8220;FOR INTERNAL USE.
