It talks about obesity in the U.S.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the email, in the &#8220;About KVK Tech&#8221; section, it mentions that it manufactures and distributes Lomaira, which is a drug to treat obesity. Unfortunately, KVK Tech does not mention the Important Safety Information (ISI) whenever a drug company mention a brand name drug and its indication in the same communication.<\/p>\n<p>I believe, therefore, that this email violates FDA regulations. I&#8217;ve passed this on via email to the FDA&#8217;s BadAd program, which I am not sure still exists. Not being a healthcare professional, I don&#8217;t have much standing with the FDA in any case.<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-wK8gM4yux2w\/Wc0w327QbpI\/AAAAAAAAJMI\/aPZMTs-g4iknX8HhIMmx9a40U8d0hAn5gCLcBGAs\/s1600\/KVK-Tech_email.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" data-original-height=\"1600\" data-original-width=\"1025\" height=\"640\" src=\"http:\/\/ec2-54-175-84-28.compute-1.amazonaws.com\/pharma-mkting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/KVK-Tech_email.jpg\" width=\"408\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>\nSo, what do you think?
