This survey asks respondents opinion on: <\/p>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>The merit of the CHC proposal    <\/li>\n<li>The likelihood that the FDA will adopt CHC&#8217;s suggestions <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p> After completing the survey you will be able to see a summary of results (de-identified, excludes open-ended responses and comments that may identify the respondent).
