Bio/pharmaceutical companies need to comply with both Federal and State governments with regards to Sample Accountability. This compliance requires cooperation both interdepartmentally (sales, regulatory affairs, distribution, etc.) and externally with distribution organizations, third-party contractors, physicians and mid-level practitioners. The need to be able to comply with Federal and State regulations and work/monitor outside organizations proves both difficult and often times costly.
This conference addresses the issues pertaining to Sample Accountability and more importantly how to successfully maintain compliance in this regulated environment. As the FDA plans more audits, this conference demonstrates how to effectively prepare for an FDA inspection. Moreover, hear effective solutions to problems with mid-level practitioners and how to overcome inconsistencies between both State and PDMA regulations. This forum allows for individuals to review their company’s current sample accountability program and improve upon current practices while maintaining compliance. Attend CBI’s 6th Annual Sample Accountability conference and benefit as hundreds of other professionals have from the networking opportunities!
