Steve Calabrese has worked as a director at Novartis Oncology for over 15 years, and is currently the Senior Director of Enterprise Digital Strategy. He is a team leader responsible for digital enterprise platforms across UX, CX and Service Design, has created and lead UX council to align on web design standards across regulatory, legal and review teams, and has developed universal co-pay assistance, care management, and pharmacy solutions. During his time at Novartis Oncology he has received Numerous Presidents and Business Excellence Awards for Innovation Simplification and Customer Focus. With deep understanding of the regulatory environment and engaging patient, provider and payer customers, Steve is very passionate about improving the customer experience and enabling the best patient health outcomes.
