Prior to joining Sol-Gel, Vieira served in U.S. and Global Marketing roles at Leo Pharmaceuticals, and has held leadership positions at several healthcare companies, including Organon Biopharmaceuticals and GlaxoSmithKline. With over 20 years of industry experience, he has successfully launched over six new global and U.S. products in diverse therapeutic areas.
