Time is the critical factor for pharmaceutical sales reps today. As their face time with physicians is waning, a sales reps’ ability to focus on what physicians’ value is critical.  Moreover, sales reps are having difficulty ascertaining exactly what each physician wants to hear and how they want this information presented to them.  Pharmaceutical companies are also faced with an increased scrutiny of their practices, by both the public and the federal and state government. Because of these unavoidable factors, the relationship between the pharmaceutical sales rep and the physician, while once strong, is now being tested and in some instances completely eliminated.

This conference investigates the pharmaceutical sales rep’s relationship with physicians by hearing from physicians themselves.  This must-attend event examines the regulatory environment currently effecting both pharmaceutical companies and physicians. Hear hot issues including the Medicare Modernization Act – Part D and State compliance programs for interaction with health care professionals and the training of sales reps.  This conference provides strategies to improve access and ultimately improve the interaction between the sales representatives and the physician.
