Each category has its own Web page (e.g., Convention, Exhibit, and Meeting Planners, shown in the figure below). At the top of each category page is a list of links to vendor listing information on that page. There is a hierarchy of Vendor listings: Enhanced, Preferred, and Category Sponsor. TERMS & CONDITIONS

Only legitimate pharmaceutical service providers, vendors, agencies, consultants, and other relevant organizations may apply for a listing in the Pharma Marketing Online Vendor Directory. The following terms apply:

  1. By listing your company in the Pharma Marketing Directory, you give Pharma Marketing Network the right to sell, rent or distribute the information you submitted about your company, including company name, address, URL, official company email address, phone number, fax number and company description. This information may be included in Vendor Resource Guides, Vendor Directory Updates, and other publications. Under no circumstances do we sell, rent or distribute the name or contact information of the person who submitted the request (the “contact person”). We use the latter information for purposes described in #5 below and to communicate with the contact person on matters relating to his or her company’s listing.

  2. Terms of Renewal: The term of your listing is 1 year from the date that your listing is published in the Pharma Marketing Vendor Directory. At the end of this term, we will send the contact person a renewal notice by email. You must make a renewal payment within 10 business days of the end of your term whether or not the contact person has received the renewal notice. After that, your listing will include only company name and URL and will be removed from the top menus on the screen.

  3. Changes to a Listing: Upon notification that your listing has become active or renewal of an existing listing, you have the one-time opportunity to make changes or corrections without charge. Afterwards, a charge may apply to make certain changes. We realize that certain information about your company — such as address, phone number, fax number, or officers’ names and titles — may change over time. We wish to keep the information in the Directory as up-to-date and accurate as possible. Therefore, you may update this kind of information without charge using the Vendor Directory Change Request Form. However, a “re-listing fee&quot may be charged for other changes.

  4. Pharma Marketing Network reserves the right to reject or cancel any listing at its sole discretion and without notice and to edit the description as necessary to comply with these terms.
