Terms and Conditions for Free Basic Listing
The “Basic” listing option is free of charge to registered and active PHARMA-MKTING subscribers. The following terms apply to this free offer:
- The contact person and email address entered in the Resource Directory Listing Request Form must be a bona fide person and email address. This person must be subscribed to PHARMA-MKTING under the contact email address and options must be set to receive email through PHARMA-MKTING. If this person un-subscribes from PHARMA-MKTING or is subscribed under a different email address, this free offer is withdrawn and the listing will be removed subject to para (3).
- Free listings are maintained for a period of 3 months (90 days) at which time they must be renewed by affirmative confirmation. We confirm that the contact person is an active subscriber and responds to email sent to the subscription email address. If there is no response to a request for affirmative confirmation sent to the subscription email address, this free offer is withdrawn and the listing will be removed.
- If the contact person un-subscribes, but there is another member of the listed organization who remains a bona fide subscriber as defined in para (1) who is willing to act as the Directory contact person, we will update the account information and maintain the free listing subject to para (2).
- Pharma Marketing Network reserves the right to reject or cancel any listing at its sole discretion, and to add the word “advertisement” to any copy which, in its opinion, simulates editorial matter and might be misleading to the readers.
- Pharma Marketing Network reserves the right to make changes in this offer at any time, including, but not limited to, charging a fee for listings. If changes in these terms are made, they will be published here and listing contacts will be notified by email.
