Every listing in the online Directory will also appear in the Quarterly. Your listing will appear in the Quarterly EXACTLY as it looks in the online version. You don’t have to do anything EXCEPT make sure your listing is up to date. If you need to make changes, use the special online form and be sure to include your Vendor ID Number (VIN), which is ${token1}. Access this form at: Change Request Form The deadline for the first issue of the Quarterly is March 1, 2005.

THIS MIGHT BE A GOOD TIME TO ENHANCE YOUR LISTING AND GET TOP POSITION ON THE PAGE (see sample). Otherwise, your listing appears in alphabethical order. An enhanced Top Listing is only $124.95 per year. Order your enhanced Top Listing using the online order form found at www.pharma-mkting.com/pmrd/OnlineDirectoryOrder.html. Pay by credit card, check, or by invoice. Any other enhancement your order — banner ad, duplicate listing, etc. — will also be included in the Quarterly.
